Refund Policy

All fees charged by Migha Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. are for registration, documentation, training, career support, and placement assistance services. These fees are not a guarantee of job placement, employment, or any specific outcome.

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The candidate was charged incorrectly due to a technical or administrative error
• The service requested was completely not provided due to fault on the Company's part
• A duplicate payment was made for the same service

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Candidate voluntarily withdraws from the program after registration
• Candidate fails to attend scheduled sessions or interviews
• Candidate receives an offer but declines to join
• Placement is not secured due to candidate performance or employer decision
• Change of mind after service commencement
• Candidate provides false information leading to disqualification

To request a refund:

1. Email us at care@migha.in with subject "Refund Request — [Candidate ID]"
2. Include your registered mobile number, payment receipt, and reason for request
3. Our team will review and respond within 7 working days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days
