Terms & Conditions

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Migha Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us") and the individual registering for our services ("Candidate", "User", "You"). These Terms govern all services including training, career guidance, and placement assistance.

The Company provides services on a best-effort basis including:

• Professional training and skill development sessions
• Resume preparation and career counselling
• Mock interviews and aptitude test preparation
• Job placement assistance and employer referral
• HR consultancy and candidate screening for corporate clients
• Digital offer letter generation and candidate management

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information
• Notify the Company promptly of any changes to your registered information
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, interviews, and orientations
• Behave respectfully with trainers, counsellors, and employer representatives
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or identity
• Comply with all applicable laws and employer codes of conduct

All fees are non-transferable. Payment shall be made through authorised channels only. The Company reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice. Receipts are issued for all payments. Fees paid are for services rendered — not for placement outcomes.

The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

• The candidate provides false or misleading information
• The candidate engages in misconduct or disruptive behaviour
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
• The candidate violates any term of this agreement

All content on our website and platform — including text, graphics, software, training materials — are the exclusive property of Migha Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under Indian intellectual property law. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of income, business opportunity, or employment. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fee paid by the candidate for the specific service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
